Every job is photo-documented and a dedicated project manager is assigned for multi-site accounts. W-9, COI, and completion reports are delivered automatically.
Projects may be cancelled before material procurement without penalty. Once materials are ordered, cancellation is subject to restocking and procurement costs as outlined in the signed contract. We work with clients to reschedule or scope-reduce before cancellation when possible.
Not directly. Many clients use home equity lines of credit, renovation loans, or contractor financing programs. We can provide detailed scopes and itemized quotes in the format required by most lenders. Ask during your site visit.
