Specific services performed for a customer are governed by a separate written agreement or estimate, which controls over this page in the event of a conflict.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are approximations based on information available at the time and are not final contract prices unless confirmed in a signed agreement. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during work.

3. Licensed Trades

Certain services (including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work) are performed only by licensed subcontractors as required by New York State and local law. The Company does not represent itself as licensed in any trade it does not directly hold a license for.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse this website or its content.
